Arizona NSTRA membership list. Very helpful for contacting members to verify attendance or get additional info about number of dogs, dog names, etc. You can get a copy by contacting the club president. It lists names, address, phone numbers member status and judge ID numbers.
Flagstaff area PortAJon Services - H & R Septic in Flagstaff, contact Shane at 928-526-0206. His price (Auguat 2016) is $70 for the unit and $100 for delivery and pick-up, total $170, plus tax, for either Red Tank or Kendrick Park. You can have Shane email the invoice to Todd Zondlo for payment. Call Todd or debbie if you don't already Todd's email address.Other providers may charge almost twice as much.
Sonoita Airstrip Trials DO NOT require PortaJon services. Water is available at the airstrip for horses/dogs and non-potable use by members, such as RV showers, etc.
Sonoita Maternity Wells Trials DO REQUIRE PortaJon services, contact Debbie Carnahan or Todd Zondlo for info. No water at this location but it is only a couple miles round-trip to the Airstrip water.

Az Game & Fish Field Trial permits are required for every trial and need to be in possession at the Trial. Permits are obtained for all Trials by the Region President. In the event a date is changed the club will obtain a new G&F permit. Contact the President or Todd Zondlo for information.
Forest Service Permits are required for Trials on Federal forest lands, BLM permits for Sonoita trials. Todd Zondlo or the President obtain these permits for our club. Contact Todd or the President to obtain a copy so you have it in your possession at the Trial.
